The machine line for the production of disposable masks includes a machine for the production of a mask body and a machine for distributing mask bodies to two sets of automatic ear loop welding machines.

The mask body is made of 3 layers of non-woven fabric – the outer, the middle (filtering, low permeability, antibacterial) and the inner layer (skin-friendly).

The line combines layers of synthetic nonwovens that are fed from rolls. A reinforcement is placed between the layers to stiffen the mask on the bridge of the nose, previously automatically cut to a given length.

In the next steps, the line forms overlaps, ultrasonically seals the layers, and transfers mask bodies to the ear loop welding station.
