The V-type granulator is equipped with rotating knives arranged in relation to each other. Two groups of rotary knives are positioned alternately on the rotor at a V-shaped angle.

The granulator is designed for grinding hard materials such as: lumps, car bumpers, boxes, jugs, etc.

The rotor has a high-strength steel structure. Its design balances the static and dynamic properties to ensure smooth and reliable machine operation.

The pulverizer is a device used for grinding plastics into powder. The device can be used for both soft and hard materials. The product is powder of 20-80 microns. Materials that can be pulverized are PVC / PE / PP / ABS / PS / PA / PC. Thanks to the high-quality stainless steel from which the pulverizer components are made, the machine can work continuously, ensuring the declared capacity. Modern solutions allow for easy operation of the machine by operators (e.g. replacement of the abrasive discs), and the dust separator installed in the pulverizer ensures a low level of dust emission in the working environment.
