The single layer blown film line is designed for the production of a wide range of sleeves and tapes from materials such as LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE, etc.

Thanks to the possibility of adjusting the width of the blowout and the thickness of the film, the finished products are used, among others, in the packaging, garbage and food industries.

The film blowing lines offered by Argus Machines are characterized by high efficiency, a modern control system based on inverters, as well as fully automatic control of the set temperature. Thanks to the use of high-quality materials for the production of the plasticizing system (38CrMoAlA), we have obtained a very good homogenization of the material and the mechanical strength of the extruder. This allows the use of inferior quality secondary material, without the effect of a decrease in efficiency and a negative impact on the mechanical elements of the extruder.

Our blowing lines can be optionally equipped with, among others, a rotating head, automatic granulate feeder, ionizer, manual screen changer, automatic or semi-automatic rewinders (one-sided).

The multilayer blown film line is widely used in the production of stretch films, heat-shrinkable films, packaging products as well as agricultural and construction films. The materials used for blowing multilayer films include: LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE, PA, EVA, PP. As in the lines for single layer films, we offer you the highest quality materials and solutions that will allow you to optimize production processes and achieve a very high quality of the final product.

The cast film line is applicable to materials such as: PET, PP, PE, PS, PVC, ABS. Cast films are characterized by high strength, extensibility and resistance to weather conditions.

The stretch film production line allows you to obtain high-quality films using up to 100% recycled material. The glue can be dosed in two ways: in liquid and granular form. Both methods guarantee high quality of the final product. The line is equipped with a roller cleaning system and the return of the cut edges of the material. The line can be equipped with an automatic roller change system. The line is controlled via a touch screen.
